Water Ring Pelletizer
The Pelletizer manufactured by us are widely used for pelletizing master batches, LD & PP base, carbon black, filler compounds, EVA ETC. Designed as per the industry standards these are widely demanded by many manufacturing and processing industries.
Our range of Water Ring Pelletizer is available in three types, which are as follows:
1. Water Merges (water dip)
These are used for cutting master batches XLPE & PP compounds. Further, well-equipped water classifiers enable removal of water contents from granules and cyclones help to remove moisture.
2. Air Cooled
These Air Cool face cutter are best suited for antifabs & moisture sensitive material. The machine has two stage cyclones, which help in cooling of granule in conveying process before being sent to classifier. The contact parts are made using SS304 grade steel. Further, the machine has a cutter with its RPM being, closely monitored through AC inverter.
